拉瑙湖是菲律宾的湖泊，位于棉兰老岛，由棉兰老穆斯林自治区的南拉瑙省负责管辖，长33公里、宽20公里，面积340平方公里，海拔高度700米，平均水深60.3米，最大水深112米，湖岸线长度115公里。
