心理教育（英语：Psychoeducation）是个以医学实证为根据的疗法，用以协助患者以及他的爱人了解疾病的资讯并提供支持，以便让他们能更有效地面对一个疾病。
心理教育大多被用于面对一些较重大的疾病上，譬如说：失智症、思觉失调症、重性抑郁障碍、焦虑、思觉失调、进食障碍、 人格障碍及癌症等。[1][2]
