生平
张培仁于道光二十六年（1846年）中式丙午科举人[2]，道光二十七年（1847年）联捷丁未科张之万榜二甲进士，以知县即用。曾官湖南善化县知县，加同知衔。[3]工诗文，著有《妙香室丛话》十四卷。
