常杰淼（1875年—1929年），中国北京人[1]。是天津知名评书艺人，与许杰泉和张杰鑫合称“评书三杰”，其最重要的作品是《雍正剑侠图》[2]。后来有收徒徐轸怀、赵轸铎、佟轸方、来轸义与蒋轸庭等人[3]。
