〈山中思友人〉，或名〈山中思故人〉、〈山中思友〉，古琴曲，首见于《神奇秘谱》中的“太古神品”，与该谱中上一曲〈秋月照茅亭〉据传同为蔡邕或左思所作。[1]今有姚丙炎、姚公白、吴文光等人打谱或演奏的版本。

《神奇秘谱》：“臞仙曰：‘是曲者，与《秋月照茅亭》一人之所作也。盖曲之趣也，我有好怀，无所控诉，或感时，或怀古，或伤悼，而无所发越者，非知音何以与焉。故思我昔日可人，而欲为之诉，莫可得也，乃作是曲。故前圣之所谓道之不行，乃思圣人。故曰，我思美人天一方，欲往从之不能忘。是其言也。’”[1]
