天牛亚科(学名:Cerambycinae)是天牛科的一个亚科。该亚科分布于世界各地,包括:亚洲、欧洲和美洲(新热带地区有130属430种)。在天牛科中,以多样性而言,唯一能与之相媲美的亚科是沟胫天牛亚科(Lamiinae)。

该亚科的物种与其它物种的主要区别是:上颌须最后一段的钝度、其倾斜或接近垂直的面、圆形的前胸背板以及鞘翅通常在中部最宽。[2]
