基辅兵工厂（乌克兰语：Казенне підприємство спеціального приладобудування «Арсенал»，罗马化：Kazenne pidpryiemstvo spetsialnoho pryladobuduvannya Arsenal）是基辅最著名和历史最悠久的企业之一。基辅兵工厂创立于1764年，最初是俄罗斯帝国的兵工厂。1918年此地发生基辅兵工厂起义。二战之后，基辅兵工厂不仅生产军事器械，还生产照相机等光学机械。
