奥米利奥·梅迪西（Emílio Garrastazu Médici，1905年12月4日－1985年10月9日），巴西陆军上将及政治人物。于1969年至1974年期间担任巴西总统。梅迪西统领军事政府期间虽实施威权统治，扼制言论及出版自由，但在任内却令巴西每年经济增长达百分之十，多项基建工程亦在他任内开始施工。
