吴邦庆（1768年—1848年），字霁峰，顺天霸州人。嘉庆元年进士。累迁内阁侍读学士。历任山西布政使、河南布政使、湖南巡抚、福建巡抚、安徽巡抚等职。道光十二年，授河东河道总督。道光十五年，因金应麟参劾，告老归乡。二十八年，卒。著有《畿辅水利丛书》，《渠田说》等。
