原爆症是指在原子弹的爆炸中受核辐射影响而出现的身体健康状况异常。常见有: 白血病（血癌）、膀胱癌、女性乳癌、肺癌、脑癌、甲状腺癌、肠癌、食道癌、卵巢癌、胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌... 等恶性肿瘤。另外，罹患多重癌、骨髓增生异常症候群（MDS）的机会也增加。
