《北京卡通》是中华人民共和国漫画杂志，1995年创刊，主办单位为北京出版社[1]，是中共中央宣传部、国家新闻出版署启动的“中国动画出版工程”（简称5155工程）的5家新漫画刊物之一。[2]《北京卡通》的诞生曾被评为1995年中国出版业十件大事之第九件。
《北京卡通》为月刊，每月五日出刊，内容主要是青少年读者为对象，连载作品较著名的有《梦里人》、《我街》、《米米》、《天使的翅膀》、《我的给你》等。
