国家微生物实验室（英语：National Microbiology Laboratory，NML）是加拿大公共卫生局（PHAC）辖下之单位。

加拿大国家微生物实验室在加拿大境内有五处据点，其中一处是座落于曼尼托巴省省会温尼伯的加拿大人类和动物健康科学中心（CSCHAH）。同样位在温尼伯的另一处据点是位于洛根大道的威尔特传染病研究中心，该中心是加拿大艾滋病之主要研究中心。其他三处位于贵湖、圣亚森特及莱斯布里奇。[1]
此实验室辖下之加拿大人类和动物健康科学中心（CSCHAH）是生物安全等级第四级传染病实验室，为加拿大境内唯一此等级之实验室。[2]
