入屋犯法

入屋犯法^[1][2]（英语：burglary），又称破门入屋（breaking and entering）^[3]、爆窃（housebreaking）^[4][5]，是指犯罪者未经许可非法进入建筑物或其部分，意图进一步犯罪（通常是盗窃、抢劫或谋杀）。 ^[6][7]

英国白金汉郡海威科姆的约翰刘易斯分店发生窃案，窃贼从屋顶进入大楼，从天花板下到二楼偷窃电子产品，造成天花板和地面严重损坏

历史

《汉谟拉比法典》^[8] 和《妥拉》^[9] 就已提到有人未经允许非法闯入他人房屋这一情况。
