杰拉德·福兰德（英语：Gerald Budge Folland，1947年6月4日—）是一名美国数学家，也是华盛顿大学数学教授。
福兰德是多本数学分析教科书的作者。他的研究领域包括调和分析（关于欧几里得空间与李群）、微分方程和数学物理。他于1971年获得普林斯顿大学数学博士学位，论文题目为《The Tangential Cauchy-Riemann Complex on Spheres》。
