何长瑜，刘宋东海郡（今江苏连云港）人，知名诗人，为谢灵运之友。《诗品》有其评价，今存其诗二首。
灵运与何长瑜、谢惠连、荀雍、羊璿之以文会友，号称“灵运四友”。长瑜曾在谢方明家中任职，为谢方明之子谢惠连之师，谢灵运甚欣赏长瑜，不经过叔父方明同意，直接把长瑜接回家中。
