伯明翰市旗 （flag of Birmingham）是英国城市伯明翰的市旗，于2015年开始使用。旗帜图案系由公开遴选产生[1]，由均为11岁汤玛斯·基奥（Thomas Keogh）和大卫·史密斯（David Smith）设计[2]。旧有的纹章图案市旗仅剩伯明翰议会单独使用。
