人偶恋（英：agalmatophilia；日：人形爱）是对雕像、人偶、人体模型感到情欲或性吸引力的一种性特质或性倾向。[1]在日语圈或英语圈的通俗语言中，有时被用希腊神话人物毕马龙来隐喻，称为“毕马龙情结（ピグマリオンコンプレックス）”或“毕马龙主义（Pygmalionism）”。在早期的性学研究中，曾被称作“雕像症候群（Statue Syndrome）”[2]。
