交易日（trading day），又称交易时间（regular trading hours，RTH），是指证券交易所公开交易的时间，和延长时段交易（extended trading hours，ETH）相对。例如纽约证券交易所的交易时间是早晨9:30至午后16:00。一般交易日是礼拜一至礼拜五，但公共假日除外。纽约证券交易所和纳斯达克年均有约252个交易日[1][2]。2021年开始，六月节成为美国新的非交易日。
