东赤道州（英语：Eastern Equatoria）是南苏丹的10个州之一，位于该国东南部，东、南分别与埃塞俄比亚、肯尼亚和乌干达接壤。面积82,542平方千米，人口为225,872人（2006年），[1]首府托里特，下分8县。
