《一枝梅归来》（韩语：돌아온 일지매，英语：Moon River）为韩国MBC于2009年1月21日起播出的水木连续剧，本剧改编自高羽荣作家的漫画《一枝梅》，讲述了为寻找父母回到故土的一枝梅（丁一宇饰演）和跟他的初恋情人长得一模一样的女人（尹珍序饰演）之间的故事。
