路由和远程访问服务（Routing and Remote Access Services，简称RRAS）是微软的Windows伺服器系统所提供的一个服务组件。这组件本来由Cisco编写，并授权微软在其产品中使用。

透过特别设置，可利用RRAS来设置VLAN，因为VLAN只是一个第三层的交换机。亦可当作VPN伺服器使用。亦可用来为网域内的浮动IP位置的连线提供路由服务。
现时有部分RRAS的数据包过滤服务已被个人防火墙所取代。
