IC 4592，或称为蓝马头星云（Blue Horsehead Nebula），是一个位于天蝎座的反射星云。该星云外型类似猎户座马头星云，但因为被高温恒星键闭照亮而呈现蓝色。并且IC 4592在蛇夫座ρ星云复合体附近。该星云由爱德华·爱默生·巴纳德发现于1895年3月23日。
