公司沿革
1976年，DBRS 由 Walter Schroeder 成立。
2014年，凯雷集团 (Carlyle Group) 和华平投资 (Warburg Pincus) 组成的私募股权财团收购 DBRS。
2019年，晨星公司 (Morningstar) 以6.69亿美元收购全球第四大信用评级机构 DBRS。收购完成后，DBRS 与晨星信用评级业务结合将扩大晨星的全球资产类别的覆盖范围，增强晨星的投资研究平台实力，并为投资者提供领先的固定收益分析和研究。
