60亿圆纸币于1949年（民国38年）5月10日，由中华民国新疆省银行发行，是中国历史上面额最大的纸币。[1]60亿圆钞票印有“折合金圆券壹万圆”字样，这也是中国货币史上唯一在一枚纸币上并列两种不同的货币单位和金额的纸币。[2]

历史
1948年（民国37年）8月，中华民国政府发行的法币因通货膨胀而彻底崩溃，于是发行新的货币金圆券，并以1押300万法币的比价收兑旧币。由于未能严守发行限制，新货币无助抑制物价上涨，恶性通货膨胀持续。[3]当时中央政府发行的货币与新疆地方货币折价共同流通使用。
1948年12月，新疆商业银行改组为新疆省银行，其后发行3仟万圆、6仟万圆、6亿圆和30亿圆的银行券作为地方货币。到1949年（民国38年）5月，该行发行了面值60亿圆的银行券，成为中国史上面额最大的纸币。
