锦蛇属（学名：Elaphe），均是无毒蛇，主要分布于东亚。

习性
锦蛇栖息于山区或平地、树林及草地。刚接触时有些个体攻击性很强，但很容易驯化。卵生，每年5月左右交配，夏季产卵，每次产2-13枚，约1个月孵化，温度低时，孵化期可延长至2个半月，仔蛇全长约40公分。
锦蛇主要以蛙类、小型哺乳动物、小型鸟类或鸟蛋为食，由于牠没有毒性，当牠捉到猎物时会以缠绕的方式将猎物勒住，使其窒息身亡，再慢慢地把猎物吞下。
