金辅铉大学位于平壤市乐浪区域，1947年成立，前身为朝鲜其中一个培训农业管理干部的基地。1994年，为纪念金日成的祖父金辅铉而更名。该大学设置了十个专业，以教授农业技术为主，学生多为合作农场作业班以上的干部。1996年，该校校长是金钟奎。
