邹灿基（英语：Chow Charn Ki Kenneth，1953年10月3日—）[1]，汉族，中华人民共和国政治人物、第十一届全国政协委员，华革会成员和民建联创党成员。
背景
邹灿基在1953年10月3日生于香港[1]，早年在香港岛大，1959年入读小学一年级[2]，1965年起入读皇仁书院[1]，并于1972年毕业于该校中七年级[3]。他在1976年取得伦敦大学法学士学位[1]，大学毕业后担任香港大律师。他曾是香港大学法律系兼任及荣誉讲师和香港中华总商会主席[3]，1988年至1993年出任广东省政协委员[3]。2008年，邹灿基当选第十一届全国政协委员[4]，代表特邀香港人士，分入第五十二组。[5]
