逆向种族主义是一种与逆向歧视有关的观点，持这一立场的人认为支持肯定性行动、肤色意识的人是在反白人、歧视白人。保守主义支持者经常用这一词批评肯定性行动支持者。[1]有学者认为逆向种族主义本身这一概念就是种族主义。
