费兆元（？—1628年），字元祯，号台简。浙江乌程县人。明朝政治人物。
生平
万历二十三年（1595）乙未科进士，授刑部主事，升员外郎，出知湖广荆州府，进广东副使，左迁南康府。历官福建副使、参政、按察使[1]，广东、山东左右布政使，官至刑部左侍郎。
