谢孚，字以成，号易轩，山东人、一作安徽当涂人。明朝政治人物、进士。
永乐四年（1406年）丙戌科三甲第三十六名进士。累官任陕西道监察御史，后升福建按察使副使，死于任上。其子谢骞为正统年间进士[1]。
