薛汉（?—?），字宗海，永嘉（今浙江温州）人。
幼时勤勉苦读，长于诗文，任青田教谕。泰定元年（1324年）选国子助教。精鉴古物，工书法。楷书宗欧阳询。著有《宗海集》。有子薛植（子立）。
