盖娄王(？—166年)，百济第四代王，公元128~166年在位，是第三代王多娄王之子。

据《三国史记》记载，公元165年，新罗的阿飡(新罗十七等官阶中的第六等)吉宣图谋叛变，事迹败露后逃亡至百济，得到盖娄王的庇护，拒不送还新罗，两国从此失和，新罗王(即阿达罗尼师今)怒而发兵讨百济，但久战不下，粮食耗尽，无功而返。除此之外，盖娄王在位期间并无其他战争记录。
《三国史记》称盖娄王“性恭顺有操行”，但批评他收留别国叛贼的举动是为“不明”。
另外，盖娄王曾于即位初期修筑北汉山城。
