叶庆宁（英语：Yip Hing Ning Freddy[1]；1951年—[1]），香港旅行社金怡假期董事长，2010年被政府委任为旅行代理商咨询委员会成员[2], 2016年立法会选举旅游界功能界别候选人，得288票，以337票差距败给竞逐连任的候选人姚思荣[3]。

叶庆宁是香港旅行社东主协会会长，至2016年6月在亲共网媒《HKG报》长期发表文章[4]，连续三届参选立法会旅游界功能界别失败[5]，也曾在2015年竞逐旅游业议会主席[6]。他曾表示不会出选旅游界功能界别[7]，但后来却于7月26日宣布参选[8]。
