菲利普·普尔曼爵士,CBE(英语:Sir Philip Pullman,1946年10月19日—),英国英格兰小说家,是畅销奇幻小说《黑暗物质三部曲》的作者。

菲利普·普尔曼生于英格兰诺里奇,是奥黛莉·伊芙琳·普尔曼(Audrey Evelyn Pullman,娘家姓梅里菲尔德,Merrifield)与英国皇家空军飞行员亚伯特·奥特兰·普尔曼(Alfred Outram Pullman)的孩子。普尔曼小时候因父亲工作关系常常旅行,还到过南罗德西亚。他成长的最初几年则是在北威尔士阿尔杜德威(英语:Ardudwy)地区的兰贝德(英语:Llanbedr)度过[1]。
从1965年起,普尔曼在牛津大学埃克塞特学院就读,最终顺利毕业。从大学毕业后,他在牛津成为一名学校教师[2]。后来转而成为全职作家,全力投入文学作品的创作[3]。
