苗栗县城市规划馆，为苗栗县政府成立的县立博物馆，成立于2014年，隶属于苗栗县政府文化观光局。
该建物本为苗栗县议会旧厦，苗栗县议会迁移以后，将遗留下的建筑进行再利用。2021年2月变更为苗栗县青年创业指挥部[1] [2]，改隶于苗栗县政府劳工及青年发展处。
