历史
1999年创立于美国德拉华州。2004年10月在美国纳斯达克上市。2004年12月Expedia宣布行使认股权证，将其在艺龙的股权增加到52%。2017年12月29日同程旅游集团旗下的同程网络与艺龙旅行网宣布正式合并为一家新公司“同程艺龙”。
