能量医学是使用能量的补充和替代医学领域，例如电疗、磁疗、手法治疗和远程治疗。它也被称为能量疗法。待处理的“能量”包括科学证明存在的能量(电能、磁能、光能)、非科学能量(灵气、信仰)和传统概念(气功跟经络)[1]。
不过能量医学在部分临床研究上没有显著疗效[2][3][4][5][6][7]。能量医学的理论基础被医学专业人士批评为不可信 [8][9][10][11]；一些支持能量医学的研究结果被医学专业人士指责为含有方法上的缺陷[12][13][14]和选择上的偏见 [12][13]，而所谓的治疗结果被认定为是由已知的心理机制(安慰剂效应)造成的[13][12] 。而推销 "能量医学 "产品的人往往会被认为是在诈骗[15][15]。
