罗达菲（Dafydd Fell）（1970年5月14日—）是一名英国政治学家，专门研究台湾政治、两岸关系，目前担任伦敦大学亚非学院比较政治学教授、台湾研究中心主任[1][2]。 同时也是Routledge台湾研究系列专书的主编，并在2004年协助成立欧洲台湾研究协会(European Association of Taiwan Studies) [3]。

1992年毕业于利兹大学中国研究系，期间于1989年至1990年曾经到国立政治大学留学[4]。他于1999年进入伦敦大学亚非学院政治系攻读博士学位，并于2003年开始任教[5]。
