穆罕默德礼萨·拉赫查姆尼（波斯语：محمدرضا راهچمنی；1952年12月1日—2020年3月9日），伊朗医生、改革派政治家。1984年至2000年期间，作为萨卜泽瓦尔的代表当选伊朗伊斯兰议会议员。2001年至2005年期间，担任国家福利组织负责人。
