米利希-霍夫曼山脉（德语：Mühlig-Hofmann-Gebirge）是南极洲的山脉，位于南极大陆东部的毛德皇后地，从东到西全长65英里，最高点海拔高度3,148米，该山脉在1938至1939年间被德国探险队发现。
