社会支持（英语：social support）是一个心理学术语，是指个人可以感受、察觉或接受到来自他人的关心或协助。社会支持也被分为工具性支持（Instrumental support）以及情绪性支持（Emotional Support），前者指实际具体的协助，后者为社会心理功用的支持。
