石衍（？—349年），中国五胡十六国时代人物，后赵太祖石虎的孙子，父亲为燕王石斌。

石虎死前，刘皇后和张豺趁其病重，矫诏杀死石斌。石虎死后，刘皇后所生太子石世继位。石斌的弟弟彭城王石遵起兵杀了刘太后和石世，自立为皇帝。
石遵起兵时许诺养侄武兴郡公石闵登基后立他为皇太子。但他登基后，却立石衍为皇太子（可能石遵没有亲生儿子）。石闵不平。不久，石闵发难杀死石遵、石衍，拥立皇兄义阳王石鉴为帝。
