白戊妮（法语：Ugni Blanc）是全世界种植最广泛的白葡萄品种之一。其十分多产，但品质较平凡、香气简单，主要用作基酒。
白戊妮原产于意大利，意大利语中称为特雷彼亚诺（Trebbiano）。其于13世纪时传至法国，目前为法国种植最广的白葡萄。尤其在干邑与雅马邑产区，白戊妮是用于酿制干邑白兰地与雅马邑白兰地的主要原料，当地又称其为圣埃美隆（St Emilion）。此外，白戊妮还广泛种植于美国、葡萄牙、保加利亚、俄罗斯、阿根廷、澳大利亚、南非等许多地区。 [1][2]
