哈默史密斯[1][2]（英语：Hammersmith），又译汉默史密斯、汉默斯密，是英国英格兰大伦敦哈默史密斯-富勒姆区的自治市，位于泰晤士河的北岸，通过哈默史密斯桥通往巴恩斯。哈默史密斯是伦敦的一大波兰人聚居地[3][4]。
