洪游奕，又名洪游历，香港商人。现任维珍妮主席兼首席执行官。他也是香港男子甲一组篮球联赛球队南华篮球队班主兼领队。另外，他早年就读福建中学。
洪游奕是菲律宾华侨之子，生于福建晋江，11岁时移居香港。1998年创立维珍妮，为美国内衣品牌维多利亚的秘密（Victoria's Secret）代工。[1]
