椰果

培养基可采用椰汁,但工业化量产因成本因素已不采用。此多糖类经分离纯化后可加工成为市售椰果主要添加物成分。市售椰果乃另添加甜味剂、香料、色素等成分加工制成。

椰果未添加色素之原色通常为白色或乳白色,口感爽脆,是不少甜品饮料的材料之一。现有多种椰果品牌。
