林肯大学（Lincoln University）是位于美国加利福尼亚州奥克兰市中心的一所小型私立大学，1926年。其主要课程是企业管理，大学的名称这是为了纪念美国前总统亚伯拉罕·林肯。[1][2][3]
该大学原址位于旧金山，1961年在加州圣何塞开设分校区，主攻法律，但1993年此校区独立，形成了现在的圣何塞林肯法学院。1999年12月大学搬至奥克兰。[1][2]
