杨潞（1973年2月21日—），原名杨露，中国大陆女演员。早年曾在电视剧《甘十九妹》饰演女主角-甘十九妹而知名，之后赴香港和美国发展，但并不成功。现移居美国西雅图，但仍会在中国拍戏。她出演的电影《黄金鱼》曾荣获1995年温哥华国际电影节最佳影片奖。
