梫木毒素（英文：Grayanotoxin；andromedotoxin、acetylandromedol、rhodotoxin、asebotoxin），又称木藜芦毒素[1]，是一种由杜鹃花属及部分杜鹃花科（如马醉木、绊足花）植物产生的毒素，在其蜂蜜中也可找到，主要产自土耳其黑海及尼泊尔喜马拉雅山脉一带。当人类过量食用含毒素的蜂蜜，会出现严重晕眩、胸腹痛、出汗、呕吐、视力模糊、低血压等中毒症状，称为狂蜜病[2]。
