施典章（1857年—？），四川泸州直隶州（今四川省泸州市）人，清朝政治人物，进士出身。
光绪元年（1875年），乡试中举；光绪二年（1876年）登进士，改庶吉士。光绪十二年（1886年），任户部湖广司主事，同年改户部山西司员外郎[1]。光绪十四年，任户部山东司郎中[2]。光绪十五年，任陕西榆林府知府[2]。光绪二十三年，任广东琼州府知府[2]。光绪二十五年，任广东广州府知府[3]。光绪三十一年，任川汉铁路总公司驻上海经理[4]。
